Calgary Cable Boxes showing 'Not Authorized'

Unfortunately there may be some cable boxes which are still affected by the message 'Not Authorized' or 'Subscription Service'.  If you're currently experiencing this problem, please reply to this thread and we will contact you tomorrow starting at 7AM PDT.  You can also contact us by phone at 1.888.472.2222 for assistance.
