Extremely High Latency after 'upgrading' to BB100 then back down to BB50

I have a support ticket from Saturday but have had no response back. I've been a HSI customer for over 10 years with shaw and have never had this issue before. Nothing has changed on my end yet every night, into the morning this happens. Check out these traces from work to my home:


Anyone have any ideas how I can get them to fix this? It's been ongoing for about a month now; I'm seriously considering going to Telus...
