I'm having a problem with channel 8 (global). Keeps showing as no video input. Do I have to use the HD channels - is this why this is happening?
Our Video technicians have identified an issue with the standard definition feed of Global in some areas. They are investigating and will be working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The HD feed is still working
Just heard from the Video techs that this should be resolved now.
