I unplugged my box for about 10min and now it says please wait, will be availableshortly. That was almost an hour ago. Do I need to activate it again?
For this error message, I'd recommend trying the steps listed here: One Moment Please Error (Ref Code: s0a00). If you're still noticing that message on every channel, please reply back to this thread and I can look into that further for you.
THanks Tegan. I have it connected to a different cable outlet and I think it is the problem or the cable is the issue. There is no problem with other tv's in the house. It will take me to set it all up again with a different cable/outlet so I will let you know. Shutting power off/on did not help.
Tegan, the outlet was not working so I have it going to one that does work, box reset fine, works again. Thanks for your help.
