Why is internet that sometimes works acceptable?

Why do we put up with a service that is only partially present?

And more importantly, why do we pay the same price for Internet that does work and for Internet that does not work?

Since when has it become acceptable for certain companies to be paid for their services that are not always provided?

If you had a paperboy that did not deliver the paper to you every day you were suppose to receive it, would you continue to pay him to bring it to you?


I'm so tired of it... You call to cancel because you have reached the point where you are done with paying for nothing and all that they are worried about is  you returning their modems.
