I have been having problems with our digital phone. connection kept cutting off every 6 minutes and reception is not clear. What is wrong?
When it cuts off, do the lights on the modem change?
Have you tried a different phone? Is your phone corded?
It might be an issue with just one phone jack or with one phone. Have you tried connecting the phone to a different jack? And have you tried a different phone on that wall jack?
If it's still cutting out and reception isn't clear, the next step is to connect the phone directly to the phone terminal. If that clears it up, it might be an issue with the house wiring. We would need to book a service call technician for you if that is the case.
