I am getting an error message that says "to subscribe to this channel, please call Shaw Cable 1-800...." and it is showing on all channels and I can't view any tv. I can't call by phone as I am hearing impaired.

I'd be happy to check into this for you and see what we can do to fix it. Can you let me know, please, is that error message happening on more than one TV in your home, or just one?
It is also happening to my tenants tv as well...
