I am wondering why my e-mail are not saved in my inbox. I can see only a few of them. How do I set my inbox to be able to save all my e-mail? Thanks
One of your mail clients is likely removing the messages from the server, check your email programs for something like "Leave a copy of messages on server" ?
Are the emails disappearing from the inbox in an email program installed on your computer or on your phone? If so, which one? Or is this when you are logging into Webmail?
As Kevin is inferring, do you have this inbox in a program that is set up to use an exchange server? Is you do, it is likely that another email program has deleted the email from the Shaw email server.
I am using Webmail. The e mails disappear from my Inbox. I can only see the last 20 or so. I do not know what you mean by " it is likely that another email program has deleted the email from the Shaw email server". This is happening for more than a year. I called shaw but it is still not fixed.
Update Java, and then scroll down, see if they start adding on.
Does any other device (phone, computer, tablet) get your Shaw emails? Or do you only look at them in Webmail? Can you change your password - incase it is another device you have fogotten about, this will stop it from checking your emails and give you password errors.
I'm looking for a way to get a message count for a folder, on the old version I knew how, but I don't know on the new version (to see if the messages are there but just not showing them to you).
