All channels Not Authorized, this is such a common complaint I don't understand wihy a FAQ solution isn't posted. Please advise.
Seeing a Not Authorized error on your TV screen is definitely one of the more common messages that can appear. Typically it means that the channel you're trying to access isn't part of your current package, although it can also mean that there's a signal problem or something else going on with your cable box, which is obviously the case if all channels are showing that error.

If you're seeing this message on all channels or if you're seeing it on just one or a few channels you think you should receive, give the steps in there a try and let us know if you're still having any trouble.
