We pay our bills using a Pre-Authorized Payment Plan.  We've just received a letter with our bill say you "are in the process of transitioning to a new billing system".  In the past we've automatically received hard copies of our bill.  With this new system and our continuing to use the PAPP, will we continue to receive hard copies of the bill each month?
