Two of our TVT's display a message saying "This channel should be available shortly" but that's all we get. Help!!
I've seen this recently. The signal coming to your box is not quiet up to snuff. Check and make sure that all the coax connections are tight. Slightly tighter than hand tight. This includes any near your utility panel.
If they are all tight then you will have to have a technician come out to check for signal variations along the line. Don't worry though service calls are always free.
