We have been getting this problem intermittently and it is now happening all the time. We have called customer service and were told to unplug both the gateway and the portals. The connection came back as it always does. Immediately after hanging up the phone it happened again.
When watching recorded programs we get the 'cannot connect to gateway' message followed by error 5102. The problem of connection also happens when watching regular, non recorded programs. Today it has happened at least 6 times during one hour long show.
On a separate question, can I move a portal to a new room? I have tried this with one of my portals and it won't connect period. I have used the cable in this room in the past, just not with a portal.
