Are you sure you are using the right information to create an account? You want to make sure you are using the correct information so our system recognizes the right account. It might be detecting an older account that is no longer on-billing.
I just open internet this week and stuff gave account number to me, and then I try to register by using account which that stuff give to me on this @shaw.ca and I put my phone number and poscal post after that they said my account isn't in billing, so how should i do. I should pay the bill in first month right?
