I got the Shaw Broadband 50 connection set up less than a week ago, and the internet signal keeps cutting out. It will last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours of working service before it cuts out. Most recently, it cut out 5 times in less than ten minutes. When it cuts out, all of the lights on the modem (Cisco DPC3825) shut off, then immediately begin the connection sequence again. Once it reconnects, the wireless does not work unless the modem is restarted, but anything hardwired will pick up the connection.
It is not a computer issue - the issue is happening with two separate computers, two separate phones, and a Roku.
