Busy signal unacceptable for a business service!

We are a business (as are a lot of people here) and it is unacceptable to have this happen again!

 

Located in Burnaby, BC. Yes, we have gone through the troubleshooting documents you have posted.

 

If you can't get this fixed, we need an estimate as to when it will be resolved.  It's costing money not having our phone lines working!
