New customer. PVR not activated.

I apologize if this has been covered already, but I couldn't seem to find an answer.


I've just had the new DCX3510-M installed and set up. The TV works great, but none of the PVR functions seem to work (pausing, recording, list, etc). I should mention that I've called and am awaiting a tech to call back... but I'd love to be able to figure this out before that happens. Any clues?
