I keep getting this message on 4 channels on the TV's that are connected to the digital boxes. The HD PVR boxes work fine. I have done all the self help steps you have indicated. What else can I try
First off make sure there are no splitters on the line thats feeding the box. Did you try moving the box to one of the other outlets to see if it is still doing it. If you can get the channels then the original outlet may be defective. If it still has the issue on another outlet then the dct box may be defective. Try this. In both cases you are going to require a service call if it dosent clear up. Hope this helps.
That has all been done. The moving of boxes, no splitters disconnecting and reconnecting nothing works
I would call in for a service call to have the outlet and the dct checked. May be an old or degrading line issue.
