Refund for Gateway System that doe not work as promised.

When you sold me the Gateway equipment, and extra channels, you said I could record programs up to two weeks ahead. This is still not possible and after numerous complaints and promise of help I am at my wits end. Please check the file and you will see the emails and calls. Enough is enough please advise, as you have not been able to meet your obligations, where i can return for reimbursement.
