My time on the gateway system is showing one hour behind. How do I change this so the time is correct?
Did you power cycle the Portals after reconnecting the Gateway?
The "When I turned everything back on" remark leads me to believe you possibly powered the whole house down during the flood?
If it were me I'd power cycle the Gateway, then when it's up and running for a few minutes do the same for each Portal.
Is it the wrong time on all portals or just one?
All of them. They are now showing 11:04 and it is actually 12:16. Last night we had to shut down the gateway system because of a hot water tank flood. The shaw gateway system was not touched by water. When I turned everything back on this morning everything appeared to be working well , ie, internet, phone, .... I am receiving all the tv stations and everything appears normal except for the time on the display clock. The tv guide is also showing a schedule for the incorrect time.
Thank you very much. Now that the plumbers are gone and my hot water tank is replaced I was able to power cycle the Gateway and the time is now correct!
