This message appeared on several channels on both TV since yesterday. I have tried all the solutions suggested on the website but no luck so far.
You've checked out the steps in this document, One Moment Please Error (Ref Code: s0a00), including pulling out the power cord and reconnecting the coaxial cables? Maybe that if there is a splitter, try bypassing it.
I too have this same problem Did all that the tech said last night over the phone but still not working
Cannot get a tech out till Tuesday???????

If you tried all the troubleshooting steps with the phone or chat rep and it's still one moment please on all channels, one option is to bypass the digital box and put the coaxial cable directly to the back of your TV. It won't give you the digital channels but it will at least allow you to watch the analog channels.
