I set up my e-mails as instucted by The Shaw Community page I can receive but I am unable to send. What to do?
Which email program are you using? What errors are you getting? Which setup instructions did you use? Are you at home or away from home right now?
The error is unable to connect to e-mail server to verify your account.No response from server. Thats the out going set up incoming works.
Both my phone and tablet are the same. I can send and recieve on my computer.
Phone and tablet, which setup are you using? POP/SMTP? Or ActiveSync?
What is the server name entered in your devices?
Pop.shaw.ca for incoming. Mail.shaw.ca for outgoing
