How come my emails are still being bounced (saying I'm over quota) when I deleted all 55,000+ emails in my mailboxes two days ago?
Maybe an obvious one, but I have to ask - did you empty them all from the trash? Items sitting in the trash folder will count toward your quota as well.
Did you empty the trash in webmail?
Does webmail say 0% space used?
Thanks! Had to go on my desktop since trash folder isn't visible on IPad. You guys rock!
Any time! Glad to hear you've got things moving again
When I log into webmail, it's the new format (on my IPad) that only has the following folder options: inbox, drafts, junk and sent. Nothing in those folders either. Is trash hiding somewhere? Or can I use the non-mobile site from my IPad?
No idea if you can see the non-mobile site on your mobile device, but I suspect that is what the issue is, if your mailbox was full and you just deleted everything, they are sitting in the trash.
The bounce messages are that the mailbox is full?
Just checking Webmail on an iPad now... on the mobile version of the site there is a "Folders" link at the top which displays all of the folders, including Trash. This was viewed through Safari.
I'd suggest maybe trying another browser if you can't see Trash. Or better yet, try it from a computer if you have one available.
