My photoshare has suddenly refused to send an e-mail for any of the photoshares that are listed in the Manage Photoshares Section. What do I need to do to fix this problem.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Photo Share. What happens when you click the "Email" button beside your Photo Share in the Manage Photo Shares section? Does it take you to the page where you enter an email address, or does it give you an error message? Are you able to get to that page and enter the info, but the "Send Email" button doesn't work?
I am able to get to the page where I enter an email address. When I click on "Send Email", the panel goes blank and nothing happens. When I close the panel and go back to the Photoshare, the error message tells me that the email was not sent and to try to send it again.
Thank you for letting me know. I just tried accessing my own Photo Share account, and I was able to sent out an e-mail with the form found on the Manage Photo Share page, so it sounds like there may be a browser issue affecting the site.
Which browser are you using? If you happen to have another Internet browser already installed on your computer, please try accessing the Manage Photo Share -> Email page again with another browser to see if the same issue occurs.
I am using Internet Explorer with google as my homepage. I used Internet Explorer on another computer accessing the Photoshare through the internet. I tried sending several of the photoshares that I have and none of them could be sent. Could it be that there is some corruption in the photoshare program? Would it help if I deleted all of my photoshares and then built a new one?
Do you know which version of Internet Explorer you're using on your computers? It definitely seems coincidental that this is happening on two different computers, which would normally indicate something other than a browser issue, but I've never seen this issue occur due to a profile problem (a problem with your username/account). Please ensure that your Internet Explorer is up-to-date with the most recent version.
I've noticed a similar problem when entering an e-mail address that doesn't follow the normal e-mail address format (such as "abcdefg" instead of "email@example.com"). The page went blank after hitting "Send E-mail" and when pressing the back button, the following error appears:
There was an error emailing your Photo Share, make sure the to email address is valid.
You can separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
Is this the same error that you get when you press the back button after the blank page? Also, are you entering just one valid e-mail address, or are you entering multiple addresses? If so, please make sure to enter commas to separate the addresses.

I am getting the same error message when I try to send something, even after I loaded Mozilla Firefox (as an alternative web browser) and tried to send the same message.
I have been trying to send only one email message (after the initial email has been sent, the option to use the email program resident on the computer is not longer provided as an option). I am sure that the email address is correct.
A couple of thoughts:
1. Should I erase all of the photoshares in the manage program?
2. Should I try to reinstall the Photoshare program (I would like to maintain the same identity and password)?
We are planning to go to California for a month on Thursday, April 18th, so I would really like to have this resolved before then. Any help you can provide, to this end, would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to use the Photo Share last night with no success.
However, this morning @7:15, I tried it again and it works - without deleting the Photo Shares.
Once again, thank you for your assistance with the problem - it just took time!

I am jumping in late on this because I am having the identical problems. The problems here could be mine word for word. I had no problem on my old computer, now photoshare does not work with either my new or old one. I am currently running win 8 and xp on the old computer.
We've had some issues with Photoshare at this end recently which we are tracking and working to fix. There is actually a discussion about it already in progress which you can find here: Photoshare not working
