Can't get Internet connectivity, regardless of resetting router and modem repeatedly. In the downtown Vic area - anyone else having issues?

DS and US lights are flashing green, but the Online light is flashing yellow.

that's odd! Funny enough I was on chat with Shaw tech support for another issue related to my TV Equipment when I suddenly lost internet connectivity. I wonder if there is a connection? I will call their tech support people. Thanks.
Depends what they were doing, may have accidently deauthorized your modem for something and missed adding it back?
But yeah, DS and US flashing together is your modem connects properly, and then finds out it isn't allowed...
been out for about 45 mins now. surfing off open TELUS network in my area.
Kevin's right that your modem is probably deauthorized. I've sent you a private message and can check your account for you if it's not back online yet.
Issue was fully resolved last night. I called into Tech Support and they had to reactivate my modem. Not sure what happened. I was dealing with Shaw Tech Support through online chat for a TV related issued when I lost by internet connectivity Perhaps the agent accidentally provisioned something in my account that kicked out the modem? Either way, it was resolved in a timely manner when I called. Thanks for the input Lance and Kevin!
I am experiencing the same problem. My internet cut off exactly at midnight and I tried restarting my modem, and its shows that it is not connecting. I can only access internet through tethering.

Hey applefritter and michaelz, are you both still having trouble with your internet service? I've checked but I haven't found anything listed in Victoria for any interruptions in internet service. Let me know if it's still a problem and I can look into it for you here.
yes the problem is still exist
first time is 2:00am in the midnight this morning at 7:30 i check the ds and us light were flashling and the internet is back online but just now at 1:00pm problem show up again same us last night
