I'm in Edmonton and channel 209 - HD CBC is "snowy" or pixelly. What's going on? Anyone else with this issue?
Snow or pixillation means that part of the signal isn't getting through. It's similar to when the channel goes to the message "one moment please".
As per our document at One Moment Please Error (Ref Code: s0a00), pull the power cord for a half minute. If you're still having picture breakup, unscrew and reconnect the coaxial cable on the back of the HD box and the wall outlet, and on whatever splitter might be in place. Reconnecting the cable between the HD box and the TV is useful too.
