intermitent, glitchy, internet/phone/cable package.

After many months of satisfactory phone/internet/cable access, the service has become almost un-usable.

 

The HDTV signal is full of artifacts.

The internet connection slows to a crawl.

The phone has no dial tone.

If the service glitches while I am connected on the phone, I can hear the other party, however the other party cannot hear me.

This happens everytime the wind blows hard from the South-West.

I can only imagine that there exists a mechanical fault somewhere exacerbated by movement caused by the wind.

 

This is not tolerable.

 

My wife went to the Shaw store in Chilliwack to report the issue.

After checking and finding that the line was at that time OK, My wife was advised that should this happen again she should phone it in.

Not very helpful.

 

Please advise.
