It is unusual that I do not receive an email over 20 hours. Is Shaw experiencing the same issue that our incoming emails are being deleted before they arrive in our inbox? Who will tell us?
We don't have any reports of webmail issues at this time. Are you checking your email on an email program or on our webmail site? I'd recommend taking a look at webmail and see if the messages are there.
As I received your message, my email is obviously working. It is possible that messages are just taking a while to get through .. J
Have you tried sending an email to yourself? Can we try checking webmail.shaw.ca?, my email is coming in. let us know what happens
