TLCHD chan 258 is horrible out of sync with the audio. The SD channel is not quite as bad. It has been like this all day. Is there anyway to adjust this on the Gateway?
Okay, the audio sync issue seems to still be national. I'm going to escalate this again.
Is this still a problem you are noticing? If you have more than one Portal, can you confirm if you are noticing that the sound is out of sync on this channel on every TV with a Portal, or only affecting one TV?
I confirmed with our local video operations team in Vancouver that the audio is a bit out of sync on TLC. They adjusted it and it does seem better now. They notified the other local teams of the issue. If you're still hearing the audio out of sync with the video in Winnipeg, let me know and I'll notify your local team directly.
I am still noticing this. It is occurring on every portal.

I've also noticed that 275 ComedyHD is also out of sync.

edit - Winnipeg didn't find any audio sync issues with channel 275. Maybe it was a temporary issue that corrected itself. But if you're still seeing the audio and video out of sync, it might be something with the HD box itself.
