Not sure if this is the best place to address this as it seems to be a common problem but I don't see much in the way of answers. I have a fairly new HDPVR and have had issues with it for weeks. I have already had 1 in-home service call following long calls to the help desk. We tend to use the record function almost daily and pretty much every evening we are getting "offline" errors and the shows are not recording. Then, after a while, a message comes up that says the box is online again. We have had several of the Shaw HDPVRs over the years and this is the only one we have ever had reliability issues with. We still have two older ones in use that work perfectly. But this one is useless. And this issue is compounded by our extreme dislike for the new Guide. Is there a fix for this online/offline issue?
