When I try to add a signature to my e-mail it does not allow me to save
What are you using to check mails? Are you using a client like Outlook or Windows live mail or are going to webmail.shaw.ca ?
Hey firstname.lastname@example.org, just wanted to chime in here.
If you are using Webmail, then it's possible that your browser is part of the problem. Can you give it a try in another browser such as Chrome or Firefox?
If that doesn't seem to help, then there is a workaround that you can try as well:
1. Sign into Webmail
2. Click Preferences
3. Click General on the left, then switch the first option from Standard (Ajax) to Basic (HTML) and save your changes (don't worry if you see an error that indicates it wasn't saved)
4. Sign out of Webmail then back in.
5. Set up your signature and then save your changes
6. Switch back to Standard (Ajax) and save your changes
The cause of this issue is currently being investigated and we're working to resolve it ASAP.

I have just gone through the same experience. Has this problem not been fixed yet or am I out of date?
As far as I know, it hasn't been fixed...
In settings switch to Basic/HTML, save, logout log back in, save your signature, log out log back in, switch back to Advanced/AJAX, save, log out, log back in
