WE HAVE THE DIGITAL HD PLUS PACKAGE AND CANNOT RECEIVE SEVERAL OF THE CHANNELS....WE HAVE UNHOOKED THE CABLE, THE PLUG IN TO OUR BOX ETC WITHOUT ANY LUCK....CAN YOU HELP FIX THIS?
I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you've been noticing with your HD box. It sounds like you've already tried our regular troubleshooting steps for this (https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1028). What is the error message that you're receiving on the channels that aren't coming through?
Hi Tegan....I contacted shaw by phone and they helped me get the channels back and advised my about the ones where I get sound and no picture....so I am good to go and thanks for your offer of help...cheers
