I disconnected my tv, reconnected it and my guide does not work? I'm not sure I have it reconnected right. My tv works but I can't change channels with my remote. My internet is working (obviously) as is my phone.
Guide does not work in what way? To be Announced?
If so, this is normal, give it at least an hour, if your channels work.

Hi jacbrink, is the guide information showing up for you yet? If it hasn't shown up by now, it's likely not going to and could be an indication that there's a signal problem. Please let us know and we can follow up with you to check that.
