I have been having intermittant phone service. I cannot get a hold of anyone at shaw...is anyone else having an issue in Hamilton?
I'd direct you to Rogers support for this now that the sale of Shaw's Hamilton-based cable operation (Mountain Cable) from Shaw to Rogers has completed. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to support Hamilton customers as all support has been transition to Rogers at this time. They do have many support platforms like us, so hopefully you'll be able to find proper resolution from them.
This unfortunately is the problem. Phones are down, been on hold with Rogers Tech support for 30 minutes. No response.
