We were receiving an online/offline message, annoying stuff....but now we have no TV signal, no channels, no TV.
Hi caperheart, sorry to hear that you're having this trouble with your cable box.
The online/offline messages are related to an issue that we're seeing at the moment, which is something that we're working to fix ASAP. What might also happen though, is that your cable box may get stuck on APP on the front if it's rebooted. If you rebooted it from your end, that may be what happened.
