I Just rented Promised Land and the sound keeps cutting out. Netflix works fine so it Isn't my equipment. Scan I get a credit for a movie I couldn't watch?
Did you try stopping the movie and starting it again from "My Orders"? There may be a problem with the stream that your equipment acquired.
Did you have a chance to try @tyler's suggestion? If so, was the video feed better after restarting the order?
