Last night I got the online / offline message, today no signal at all. I've unplugged my tv waited a min. or so, still no signal. What now just wait, ? Do I need to call for service ? Is there something else I can do ?
If the TV states "no signal", then it's possible that either the TV is not on the correct input, or that the digital box is not powering on. If the "no signal" message is listed, could I please ask you to try the steps listed here: https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1027?
If there's a different error message listed, what does it say? Or is the TV screen just blank when the HD box is powered on?
