all of the channels on my tv are showing up as 'authorization failed' do you know why?
Have you had a chance to try a quick powercycle? If not, please disconnect the power from the HD box for a few seconds and reconnect. If you're still noticing the same error message on all channels, please reply back to this thread and I'll send you a direct message.
I have disconnected the power and reconnected and it is still doing same thing.

I'm having the same issue. I have tried TV Troubleshooter (resetting, connections) didn't help.
It's a new installation - it never worked yet.
Is this on all channels or just some? Have any of the channels ever worked?
No It never worked yet... They've installed a HD Box today
And Yes - it's on all channles - I can see info bar at the bottom of a screen ... But pop up label says "Authorization failed"
I'd have to look at your HD box to see about pushing the channels to it. I'll private message you so I can take a look.

We have multiple channels on black screen at this time due to a fibre cut. It's likely that your issue is related to that. We hope to have it resolved soon. Updates will be at [Resolved] TV - Black screen or frozen picture on multiple channels
But in case yours is a different matter, I'll send you a private message. Hopefully a channel refresh will fix this for you.
Lance I've tried to reply to the messages that you are sending to my email account, twice, and both times I've received a failure notice from Daemon....very frustrating
I think because I'm trying to send a reply to the email address that says email@example.com
