My TV says Authorization Failed, have tried rebooting and disconnecting the power but still get the same message. Also on the main TV with new HDPVR I keep losing the sound on the channel that I am watching.

Authorization failed - Could be your equipment is not provisioned on your account.
Intermittent Audio - Could be HDMI handshake. Does changing channel up/down bring the audio back right away?
