I suddenly have no Internet/Wi-Fi, no tv and no telephone. I am forced to use my iPhone just to connect here to see if I can resolve this.
What is going on? Anyone else having any issues or problems? Is Shaw aware of any issues?
What lights are on your internet or telephone modem?
I suspect flashing DS? Or are DS and US flashing together?
OUr modem does not have DS or US lights at all. I get a WiFi signal, it just doesn't work. The only lights on our modem are Power, Send, Receive, Online and PC/Activity
There is some overnight maintenance in a few areas. This message is currently up on the phone menus in Calgary:

WE are in Tuscany, so the phone outage makes sense, just not sure why Cable, VOD and Internet are not working. And to make matters that much worse, this website sucks on my iPhone
sorry, i meant that that is the message you hear if you call technical support. on the phone menu. the maintenance will affect your internet, vod, etc. again sorry for the confusion.
