Is Shaw having problems in Newton, Surrey this evening? I'm getting alot of 'Unable to connect to host' problems in both Explorer and Mail. Interruption on and off which haven't had to a long time.
We didn't have any connection issues in Newton on May 9. I ran a scan of the modems in your area and see many modems that have been online for well over a year.
Are you still getting this message? If you are, is this a Shaw wifi modem? Or do you have our Surfboard modem with your own router connected to it? The next time you lose your connection, take a look at the modem and see if the lights have changed. It'll help determine if it is the signal to the modem that is cutting out.
