A basic cable box receiving not authorized since last night, tried unplugging, no results.
Other tv's in the house working, and one has channels never had before, and channels missing. Not sure what is going on....thanks
All channels on one of your digital boxes now show "not authorized" and another is receiving new channels but lost others? That is odd but here's some questions to see if we can find out what happened:
Did you contact us before this to change your TV package? It's possible that when they were adding or removing a channel for you that it changed the rest of your packaging.
Also, did you see a scrolling message on some channels that there is a digital network upgrade (DNU) for your area?
