Thought I'd post this question in the main forum since the gateway settings discussion thread timestamp was not updating:
After scrolling threw the menu I'm not seeing the "Super Ticker" anywhere. Is there a software update needed to enable this feature?
Odd. It's been there for a long time for me so I doubt it's an update issue. (Could be wrong though.)
It should be between PVR and Games on the menu bar. The icon contains a circle with a star up front, and foot/basket ball to the right of that, a weather cloud to the left, etc.
Have you tried power cycling the Gateway?
Kind of funny I'm finding out about this now but yes I just double checked the menu and its nowhere to be found.
Yes I power cycled it yesterday when I was troubleshooting some VOD issues. I think I'll ask this question in the main form just to be certain that this issue get looked at. Thanks for your response
