Unable to open the printed version (PDF) of my bill
Nothing happens when I click on the link. Just talk to Shaw and the agree there is a problem. In the meantime, they showed me how to open it in a new window and it works!
By the way, it happens on two different computers and with Firefox and Explorer. Do you still suggest to deinstall and reinstall the reader?
What errors do you get?
Try and uninstall then reinstall Adobe Reader?
Not if Shaw is having an issue with it
