We have 3 devices on which we receive mail on our shaw.ca account:
- home desktop
- laptop at different location served by US internet provider and used for shaw webmail
- iPad used with Apple Mail
Desktop is hardwired to modem and laptop/iPad run wireless.
Recent problems include:
- Laptop and iPad not receiving the same mail - why is that?
- Laptop's webmail inbox emptied without deletion by us - any idea why?
When we leave home, we turn our desktop unit off so we can receive emails remotely. Historically no emails will show up on the iPad or through webmail on the laptop if the home desktop is displaying emails. How do we change this ?
