got home phone installed last weekend and just was informed that there are no incoming calls coming through. Outgoing seems to work fine... phone was working well before we moved. any ideas?
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Home Phone service. I'm going to send you a direct message so that I can check on the status of the phone, but could I also please ask you to try a manual reset of the digital phone terminal?
