When i try to access my channels it comes up with "failed to authorize content". i have unplugged the pvr for 30 seconds and still not working. my pvr is a DCX3510-M
Sorry you're seeing this message and not a picture. You've removed the power for 30 seconds, which is a good step for sure, but would you be able to try steps 3 and 4 from this document here? Troubleshooting Not Authorized Error on Television
