I tried the troubleshooting steps.
I have the box plugged directly into the cable line.
Unplugged and waited 5 mins.
Plugged back in:
- box says "boot" blue light is on
- turns off after 2-3 mins
- turns back on and displays "boot' again (no blue light)
- after a few mins box displays 'APP' and nothing on TV
I have been on hold on the phone with tech support for 1:17:27.
Can someone assist me with this.
Have not had TV working properly since Saturday.
