My phones have been out since we had a power outage for 7 hours yesterday. They say check tel line. I have tried to follow the trouble shooting sugestions with NO success. This includes checking all the cords, shutting off all the phones restarting all the phones , checking the modem, resetting the modem, unplugging the modem from the power source,making sure ALL the cords are in the proper location, watching the lights... wireless and LAN1 on my SMC8014WN modem continue to flicker while the others remain constant.I have tried to plug a regular phone in the back of the modem without success. There is NO battery to be removed and I am at a loss. Please help as I do not have a cell phone. No one can contact me and I cant call out???
