So how frustrated is everyone getting with the considerably long waiting times on the phone to get a rep for assistance? Last night I called yet again about my hdpvr box still not working and they said it would be a wait time of 1 minute. 100 minutes later, I finally got to talk to a rep. The other night when I called for the same problem, after I finally got through and while talking to them, I accidently cut them off only to have to call them back and wait another 100 minutes! Does anyone have any shortcut ideas on how not to wait for service so long on the phone?
