my guide is currently showing "NO DATA" where tv show name listed? I've tired unplugging - didn't help....please help?

Do your channels work? Can you tune to stations, but the guide doesn't work?
If you can't watch channels either, check your signal strength, you may want to do the Receiver Refresh on the shawdirect.ca website or by telephone
the channels work...it's just the guide that doesn't work
Try the receiver refresh, see if that gives it a kick in the pants that it needs
Press and hold the power button until it reboots to see if that helps clear it up
Not sure what happened overnight, but just turned on the tv and reciever this morning and it was all working...didn't even need to reboot it. thanks!
The guide has to be updated by the receivers each night, so sometimes it just needs some time to load up the new info. Glad to hear everything's working again! *rg
